Club Penguin's Mascot PH Meet-able from November 14th

That's right, penguins! According to a tweet from Club Penguin on their official Twitter page - it has now been confirmed that the Puffle-lover: Puffle Handler (aka PH) will be arriving and can be met on the island starting November 14th. To prove what I am saying, here's the tweet below:
