First of all, I would like to credit Pup1one for coming up with the conclusions for this post.
So, to begin with Polo Field has not been posting many Sneak Peeks lately. The only closest we got is this tweet from him -
It it a high pixel image and it has low resolution graphics. It can mean technical operations (i.e EPF). So there it is, it has something to do with the EPF as it's been a long time since we had one. Also Polo Field's Twitter bio says "Music is my radar" which could also point to the Party as a radar has been parts of many EPF missions. One more thing that Pup1one didn't include is the Club Penguin Poll this time. When you head over to the Fun Stuff page of the Club Penguin website, you will notice that the Poll question is related to Herbert's disappearance:
All this could conclude to a EPF Operation on Club Penguin or maybe it's all coincidence.

Okay, maybe Herbert is planning something else! But there is certainly an EPF Operation as Polo Field said that Club Penguin haven't planned any Adventure Parties yet!
