Along with the Fireworks and the other Minor Updates, Club Penguin has just added a new Pin. The old pin which was Tombstone - has been taken down from the Boiler Room. Instead a new Pin called the "Scissors Pin" has been added and can be found at the Forest. Here's where it is located:
