You all know about the attacks of Herbert on the Boiler Room and possibly on Cave Mine. The EPF Message we have recieved from Jet Pack Guy on November 7th, 2013 - may be referring to this. Also this may be a clue for a new Spy Drill for members as Jet Pack Guy said in the Message "Get ready for rough terrain agents. We'll be heading into wilderness". Now this also can be a rumor, in order to catch the full message - here it is:
